Mission :
To develop and provide lifesaving medical aid and to ensure that it is available to all sections of the society and to sensitise the common man to intervene when they see an accident or any medical emergency.
Vision :
Lifeline Foundation will work towards ensuring that no one should be allowed to die in the cities or on the highways of India, due to lack of timely medical aid. This will be achieved through a network of existent logistic providers, by mobilising opinion and sensitising people to intervene when they see an accident or a medical emergency to save lives; influence legislation to make important changes in the legal and operational framework guiding on site management of accidents and medical emergencies and treatment of such victims.
The Foundation's objective is to make a model project of Emergency Medical Services, incorporating the highly successful concept of the HRP with the city based EMS (EMS Vadodara) to provide for:
Life Saving Treatment in Golden Hour
Universal Access Phone Number
Efficient Transportation / Communication
Upgrading of Emergency Departments
Training of Doctors, Paramedics
This is an easily replicable model across the country for other NGOs & corporates/funding agencies to partner in different states and create a unified EMS for the country.
